Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Warface Athletics ships worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination. Customs duties and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the package will be abandoned and no refund will be issued. Please ensure you are prepared to cover any applicable duties before placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account at any time to view your order status.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address — including suite/apartment number and ZIP code — before completing your order. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot redirect it without additional carrier fees. If you need to intercept a domestic shipment, USPS Package Intercept is available for a fee of $19.45 per request.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your cart, size selection, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
My order says delivered but I can't find it.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
- Check with neighbors, your building manager, or any secure drop locations.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number.
If the package still cannot be located after these steps, reach out to us via our Contact page and we will assist you.
What about lost or stolen packages?
Warface Athletics is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Once a delivery is confirmed, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All Warface Athletics orders are Final Sale. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our releases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or size accommodations once an order has been placed. Please review the appropriate size chart before purchasing:

Why are all sales final?
To protect the health and hygiene of our community, we only ship brand-new, unworn garments. Because we cannot verify the condition of a returned item, all sales remain final. This also preserves the exclusivity of each limited release — once it's gone, it's gone.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind every order. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item
Verified claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Sizing & Fit
How do your products fit?
Our graphic tees and hoodies are cut with an athletic fit. If you prefer a relaxed or oversized look, we recommend sizing up. Exact measurements are available on each product page and in our size charts:

For reference, our lead model is 6'1", 210 lbs and wears a size XL for a fitted look.
Will my apparel shrink?
Our garments are pre-shrunk, however some minor shrinkage (3–5%) may occur if dried on high heat. We recommend hang drying to preserve the fit and graphic quality long-term.
Do you offer plus sizes?
We're actively expanding our size range. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when new sizes drop.

What materials do you use?
We use premium, performance-grade fabrics built to endure intense training while staying comfortable all day. Full material details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my Warface Athletics apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on the graphic.
Is my gear authentic?
Every piece of Warface Athletics gear is shipped directly from our warehouse. We do not sell through third-party retailers or discount sites. If it didn't come from WarfaceAthletics.com, it isn't ours.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most of our drops are limited edition and will not be restocked once sold out. This is by design — exclusivity is part of the Warface standard. Sign up for our newsletter to stay ahead of future releases.
