How to Track Your Order
1. Check Your Email Notifications
- Order Confirmation — Sent immediately after purchase with a "View your order" button linking to your unique order status page.
- Shipping Confirmation — Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
2. Log Into Your Customer Account
- Click the Account icon (silhouette) in the top-right corner of the Warface Athletics website.
- Log in with your email and password to access your Order History.
- Click your specific order number to view its current status: Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, or Delivered — along with any available tracking links.
3. Monitor Your Tracking
You are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you see a status such as "Address Not Found" or "Delivery Exception," contact the carrier immediately to resolve the issue before the package is returned to sender.
4. Secure Delivery Location
Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," Warface Athletics is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after a confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package directly.
5. International Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping price paid at checkout.
Refused Packages: If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees or any other reason, the package will be abandoned and no refund will be issued. To avoid this, please research your country's customs and duty fees before placing an order.
6. Correct Billing Information
Your billing address must match the information on file with your bank or credit card company exactly. Incorrect billing details may result in payment failure or a flagged order, which could cancel your shipment entirely.
7. Wrong Address?
If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately — before your order is fulfilled. Once a shipping label is created, address changes may require additional carrier fees such as a USPS Package Intercept. All customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. Items will only be reshipped to a confirmed deliverable address.
